The Center, in helping to achieve this goal, organizes short-term capacity and professional development workshops and courses for senior and middle level managers in both private and public sectors. These courses are designed to provide both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills to help managers and decision makers enhance their managerial skills in respective areas of responsibilities.

A certificate of completion is awarded to participants at the end of each course.
